Refund Policy

1. Overview

At BounceLab, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund and the process for requesting one.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 Seven-Day Trial Period

New subscribers are entitled to a full refund if they cancel within 7 days of their initial subscription purchase, regardless of the number of credits used. To request a refund during this period, simply contact our support team.

2.2 After Trial Period

After the 7-day trial period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 consecutive hours)
  • Technical issues prevented you from using the Service through no fault of your own
  • Billing errors resulted in incorrect charges

2.3 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the billing period
  • Your remaining credits can be used until the end of the billing period
  • Your account and generated videos will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

3. Credit Pack Refunds

Credit pack purchases (one-time purchases separate from subscriptions) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • No credits from the pack have been used
  • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase

Once any credits from a pack have been used, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after the trial period or after using credits
  • Failure to use the Service or credits before they expire
  • Dissatisfaction with video output when parameters were correctly applied
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Issues caused by your own equipment, software, or internet connection
  • Third-party platform restrictions (TikTok, YouTube policies, etc.)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and go to Dashboard > Account > Support
  2. Select "Request Refund" from the support options
  3. Provide your order/subscription ID and reason for the refund request
  4. Submit the request

Alternatively, you can email us directly at billing@bouncelab.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and transaction details.

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and approved:

  • We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may add 5-10 additional business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

7. Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

8. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan:

  • The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • No refund is provided for the difference in plan pricing
  • Unused credits from your current plan do not carry over

9. Service Credits

In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer service credits. Service credits:

  • Can be used to generate videos on our platform
  • Do not expire as long as your account remains active
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account
