By accessing or using BounceLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Service

BounceLab provides a cloud-based platform for generating vertical videos featuring physics simulations designed for social media platforms such as TikTok and YouTube Shorts. The Service operates on a credit-based subscription model where users can generate videos by consuming credits.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Credits

The Service offers various subscription plans with different credit allocations. Credits are used to generate videos and are allocated monthly based on your subscription tier. Unused credits do not roll over to subsequent billing periods unless otherwise specified in your plan.

Additional credit packs may be purchased separately and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

Videos generated through our Service are owned by you. You retain all rights to the videos you create and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. However, you grant BounceLab a non-exclusive license to use anonymized data about video generation for service improvement.

The BounceLab platform, including all templates, simulations, and underlying technology, remains the exclusive property of BounceLab.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights of third parties
• Distribute malware or engage in any form of hacking
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BounceLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BounceLab is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
